Happy Friday!

Cheers to the end of a busy work week and the start of the weekend! I’m bringing my   weekender bag to the office with me and heading right to the beach right after work.  Here’s a delicious-looking concoction from The Kitchn to celebrate:
Campari Mojito Recipe_The Kitchn
To make mix:
4 large sprigs of fresh mint, plus additional for garnish (I love any opportunity to use herbs from my window box!)
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce white rum
1 1/2 ounce Campari
Crushed ice
2 lime wedges
2 to 4 ounces of tonic water
